Knit and Knatter

Monday afternoons are providing an opportunity for Miss Marks and some children from class 3 and 4 to indulge in a favourite pastime: knitting! Knitting club is proving to be popular and grows every week. Many are learning to knit for the first time, whilst others are learning new stitches, how to create interesting textures and how to read those strange looking patterns. Miss Marks has also been bringing along some of her own creations to show a variety of knitting styles, from lace work to Fair isle via toy knitting and reversible knitting. It is a great way for us all to unwind after a busy day at school (no pun intended!)
