Class 2 @ Cotswold Wildlife Park

A great time was had by all when Class 2 visited the Cotswold Wildlife Park. The children met one of the keepers who showed them the zebras, rhinos, giraffes, leopards and lions, and explained similarities and differences in the animals’ behaviour. They also spent time exploring the park in small groups with an adult and saw all sorts of amazing creatures including this pelican, who thought the middle of the visitors’ path was a much better place to sit than it’s side of the barrier!

Lily: “I liked seeing the penguins swimming.”

Morgan: “I like the bats because they use a special squeak to find where other animals are.”

Molly: “I liked the massive green anaconda.”

Rieley: “I liked the leopards. They were really hard to see because they’re good at hiding from people.”
